NEW EXERCISE & DIET BLOG COMING SOON

Hey everyone, it's been awhile since I did any updates to this blog. As some of you might know, this blog is outdated...although, you can still try the sushi diet and tell us if it worked for you. ***NEW BLOG COMING SOON*** I'm currently working on a new diet & exercise blog which contains how to calculate your daily macronutrient needs per day, exercise plan, and some meal plans. I'm not an expert or a professional athlete in anyway but I want to share what I did to help me lose 10-12 lbs of fat. Since, I've been able to maintain my ideal weight that my doctor recommended and gain muscles. I promise to keep the blog simple and easy to understand.
